Your kit
Reply Kit is provided by Outlap Labs. One kit contains 10 FAQ drafts, 5 customer-response drafts, a list of missing details, and references to your supplied facts. You receive editable text for your business. It is a one-time purchase with no subscription.
The planned price is $29 USD plus applicable tax. Checkout shows the final amount, including any currency conversion offered by Stripe. A checkout labeled “sandbox” is a simulation and takes no real payment.
Delivery and review
After checkout, return to the delivery page in the same browser and choose “Verify payment & generate my kit.” Drafting and a separate AI review usually take about a minute. Some payments take longer to confirm. Keep your order reference and save a copy of the finished text.
AI can make mistakes. Check all answers against your business policies before use. We do not guarantee business results. A kit that fails review is held, and an unchecked draft is not delivered.
Help with your kit
Email breen@outlaplabs.com for missing delivery, incorrect text, or lost access. Include your order reference and a description of the issue. For paid orders, keep your payment receipt so ownership can be checked. Do not send passwords or card numbers. Support is handled by a person.
Payments and refunds
When live purchases open, payment and refund requests for Managed Payments purchases are handled through Link support. Use the support details in your receipt. Contact Outlap Labs for problems with the kit itself. Refund eligibility is governed by the applicable payment terms and your legal rights; this page does not limit those rights.
Information we use
We store the business name, facts you enter, generated kit, order status, payment references, and processing usage in the site’s database. The site is hosted using Sites and Cloudflare. We send your business name and facts, followed by the generated draft, to OpenAI to create and review your kit. Only submit public business information that you are authorized to use.
Payment details are entered on Stripe’s checkout. This website does not receive your full card number. Stripe and Link process payment and billing information under their own policies. OpenAI API requests use the setting that disables response storage; this does not eliminate all provider logging or retention.
Access and deletion
A necessary browser cookie controls access to your kit and lasts 30 days. Clearing it or changing browsers can prevent access; contact support with your order reference if that happens. Orders currently remain in our database until manually removed. There is no automatic deletion schedule yet.
You can request deletion of your submitted facts and generated kit by emailing breen@outlaplabs.com. We will check ownership before handling a request. Payment providers manage their own records, and transaction records may need to be retained for accounting or legal purposes.
